Delivery & Returns


We aim to post your order to you within 2-3 working days. 

For all orders, postage is calculated automatically at the checkout page, based on weight.

All UK orders are sent 2nd class untracked, unless you select to upgrade to special delivery.

We try to use biodegradable packaging and reduce plastics in our own postal wrapping, and to recycle packaging from our suppliers where possible.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.


We are happy to ship international orders and we use Royal Mail Airmail for all overseas postage. Please note this is not a trackable service.

Deliveries within Europe usually take approximately 5-7 working days to arrive. 

Deliveries outside the EU usually take 10-12 working days to arrive. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office when you receive your parcel. You can check this with your country's customs policy.

We hope that you are happy with your purchases, but should you need to return something to us, please do get in touch.

You must return the order to us, in its original condition, within 28 days in order to get an exchange or refund. Items that return in an unsellable condition will not be refunded.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email if your refund request has been approved. Approved returns will be refunded by the original method of payment within 10 working days. Once processed, debit card/credit card refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided. We will only replace with the same item.

If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.


Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order before the point it has been dispatched and obtain a full refund. All order cancellations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address.
